Eligibility Requirements

Interested event organisers must meet the following criteria:

1. Possess a valid SSM Registration Certificate.
2. Possess a valid Ministry of Finance (MOF) Certificate.
3. Demonstrate relevant experience in event management (please state number of years and key projects).
4. Submit a comprehensive proposal along with a detailed quotation for the event.

Event Scope & Specifications

The proposed event must include the following:

1. Event Locations & Duration
   • One (1) day event in Kuching, Sarawak
   • One (1) day event in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

2. Venue Requirement
   • Events must be held in shopping malls/shopping centres

3. Scope of Work (End-to-End Management)
   The appointed Event Organiser (EO) will be responsible for the full execution, including but not limited to:
   • Creative concept development and event design
   • Mall space booking and coordination
   • Booth setup (maximum 10 booths)
   • Development of a detailed programme/tentative
   • Arrangement of artiste/entertainment performances
   • Media coverage and publicity
   • Management of all event activities, including:
     • Podcast sessions
     • Interactive activities (e.g. Kahoot quizzes)
     • Engagement programmes for visitors

4. Value-Added Proposals
   • Additional ideas, improvements, and innovative concepts are highly encouraged to enhance audience engagement and overall event impact.

Requirements:

• Merchandise must reflect MPOGCF’s commitment to sustainability and support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
• Ability to deliver the listed items or propose innovative, eco-friendly alternatives.
• Possession of valid MOF and SSM certificates is mandatory.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 300 pieces per item.
