With a record-high performance in 2021, the Malaysian palm oil industry is 𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 in 2022.
The total exports of Malaysian palm oil is at 24.3 million tonnes last year which saw RM 102 billion in exports revenue — a 𝟰𝟬% 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 from 2020.
Among all export destinations, 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 remains its number one spot with 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮 leading in second.
The Malaysian palm oil industry is positive that 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝗼𝗶𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, with all key industry indicators projected to show a better performance.
